Delete my data
OneThought has no account, no server, and no email collection. Your data lives only on your iPhone (and on your iCloud, if you opted in). Here's how to remove it.
1. On this iPhone
- Open OneThought.
- Go to Settings (the bottom-right tab).
- Scroll to Danger zone.
- Tap Delete all my data and confirm.
This permanently removes every entry, draft, photo memory, weekly reflection, and preference from this device. The app returns to its first-launch state.
2. On iCloud (if you have other Apple devices)
OneThought syncs through your private iCloud CloudKit database. If you're signed into the same iCloud account on other devices, those copies persist until you wipe each device the same way. Do step 1 on every device.
Alternatively, sign out of iCloud or remove the OneThought iCloud container under iCloud → Manage Storage → OneThought in iOS Settings to delete the iCloud copy.
3. Uninstall the app
Long-press the OneThought icon on your home screen → Remove App → Delete App. This removes the app and its local data.
4. Anything else?
No. We don't have a database to clear, an email list to remove you from, or analytics to scrub. There is nothing left to delete on our side because nothing was ever sent.
